A new home for a hardworking father and his children

Simon Habana lost his wife in 2015 and since then has been doing his best to give his two children a normal life. But times have been tough and though he works day in and day out, his earnings of $1/ day have meant that his children have had to forego schooling in order to find work where they can to help support the household. Recently, Yooo! Visited with local leaders in Nyamirama to see how we could help out this family. Within 2 weeks, Yooo! Was able to secure the building materials and hire three builders to fix the roof and walls of their small home as well as build an outhouse. Yooo! Plans to continue to support this family and ensure that Jeanine and Mugisha are able to get to school with new uniforms and that Simon can breathe a sigh of relief and focus on finding more work. With a roof over their heads, Simon and his children can sleep more comfortably and Yooo! will be there for them! Thank you to our generous donors for bringing this family some much needed joy.
